A leading electric 2-wheeler brand wished to understand how the mobility space would look in next 8 years in India to help guide their innovation and design for future products.
Engaging the leadership team, we defined the brand’s direction and timeline. We analysed the impact of industries such as urban planning, policy making, and consumer anthropology on India’s future commute. We gathered insights from current mobility solution users to understand their commute pain points. Additionally, we consulted potential future consumers of the automobile industry to gather their vision and expectations for the ‘future commute’ and ways to address anticipated problems.
Our analysis allowed the client team to gain clear insights into India’s future commute landscape, including identified problems to address, designing solutions, and understanding the needs of future consumers. They are now actively considering which area and approach to pursue for their next product innovation.
