Quantum partnered with Google to understand how apps are evolving to transform businesses in APAC.

We spoke with top decision makers spanning 21 industries, including beauty, banking, education, and retail, from seven markets in the region, including India, Indonesia, and Japan. 

As part of key learnings, we found that to stay top of mind among users, brands need to evolve their apps from being a merely transactional platform to a relational one. And leading brands have done this by elevating the user experience, providing personalised interactions, creating deep connections, and building customer trust.
