Challenge

A nutrition-based client needed our services to generate future-facing innovation platforms to target the affluent ageing segment in T1 & T2 cities in China .

Approach

The ageing phenomena were decoded by digging deeper into the lived realities of our participants, along with an ‘outside-in’ view of the various social and other eco-systems that cater to their emergent needs.

Impact

We conducted a cross-functional workshop with the China Leadership team to translate meaningful innovation platforms into 30+ Innovation concepts to address the nutritional needs of the affluent ageing population.​
