Turning a product hypothesis into a launch-ready proposition

A global skincare brand needed to turn its sun and blue-light protection product into a compelling proposition for younger consumers in India’s crowded beauty market.

It had a promising product, but needed to identify the most resonant benefit, build a social-first story and validate that the idea would cut through.

Quantum applied its Innovation Framework, moving from product hypothesis to launch-ready proposition in three weeks.

Across three rapid sprints, we explored the product experience unbranded with edge consumers, brought KOLs in early to co-create communication territories, claims and content, then worked with the client to refine the strongest route into consumer-validated packaging and social assets.

We uncovered blue-light protection was the strongest, underused platform for the launch.

By making it the hero story and repositioning other product features as supporting claims, we created a clearer, more differentiated proposition for the category.

In three weeks, the work delivered a consumer-validated, social-first messaging strategy, final master concept, messaging hierarchy, pack directions and launch-ready social content.
