In the midst of the pandemic, Unilever partnered with Quantum to explore the future evolution of hygiene in Europe and identify opportunities for the business to succeed in a post-Covid world
Sprints: Due to the continuously evolving nature of the pandemic the activity was organized in a series of sprints with specific goals and activities
Speculative design: One sprint was dedicated to using creativity to imagine possible future scenarios. These were used to challenge the knowledge gathered (or assumed) in the research so far, expanding the perspective on hygiene beyond the experience of the COVID-19 crisis.
